HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT FITS?

When shopping online, we recommend you take a measuring tape and take note of your bust, waist, hips and inseam. You can have your local tailor do it for you if you want. Or check out our video on how to take your size. Insert link to video.

We aim to make thobes / kaftans that fit easily, yet give a nice shape. We choose fabrics that have a little stretch, and we leave extra fabric within the lining of the piece should you want your local tailor to re-size, or request re-sizing from us. Our customer service representatives will help you with your purchase via email, on the phone or on social media. So do not be shy to contact us. 

WHAT MATERIALS DO WE USE?

At ShopMUB we pride ourselves on the quality of our fabric. Our designs are a combination of 100% silk, high-quality tulle, 100% satin, viscose, flawless chiffon, and gorgeous velvets. We select material that lends itself well to our embroidery styles.

WHERE ARE YOUR PIECES MANUFACTURED?

ShopMUB pieces are handmade in Jordan in our family-run workshop. Each item is inspected by our two designers to meet strict quality criteria throughout the creation process and before your piece is shipped.

Each piece lives a 1 - 2 week creation cycle. Fabric is cut per order, the piece is then hand-embroidered taking approximately 1-2 weeks, it is then sewn together, then finally each swarovski element is placed by hand to complete your piece. A final inspection is done and your piece is shipped to your doorstep.

PAYMENT & SAFETY

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE?

This is an important question and our priority at ShopMUB.com is to ensure the privacy of our customers and the safety of payment.

First, we highly recommend you have a strong password for your account.

On ShopMUB.com, we offer various ways of payment including Cash on Delivery (COD) for Jordan only, PayPal & Credit Cards, and have strategic partnerships with well-known banks in the US & Jordan. We also protect our website with ‘Norton Secured’. When shopping online, make sure that the website has an SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption installed which is represented by an icon of a locked padlock.

Another tip is to have one credit card for your online purchases. This helps you track your purchases and God forbid something wrong happens, you can cancel that credit card. Some banks are also offering an ‘Internet Credit Card’ that has a capped amount.

We accept PayPal Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For Jordan, we accept Cash on Delivery.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to ShopMUB.com system for your order.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

Three weeks. It takes us 1-2 weeks to create your piece and 1 week to ship. You can request a rush, in which case it will take 10 days to deliver (may differ depending on your location). We suggest you order your piece two months before your actual event, in case you require any additional alterations.

HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

Let us know it is a gift via our contact us page within the first 72 hours of making your purchase. We will be sure to use our gift packaging without the price tag.

We recommend our scarf & cape collection as gifts, as they fit all sizes.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES?

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order.  All shipping costs are calculated using a U.S. Postal Service shipping module.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS? 

Your order may be subject to customs and import duties. ShopMUB has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges.

RETURNS

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE GOODS I ORDERED OR RECEIVED THE WRONG GOODS.

Please visit the returns page and we will remedy the issue immediately.

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

Please notify ShopMUB of a faulty item within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive a replacement of your item via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please visit the returns page for all the details and the process.
