Returns

Need to return an item? We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service and support possible. We have all been there, so for any reason, you may return your order to ShopMUB within 3 days of the delivery date subject to the Return Policy below:

Standard Orders

  • Should you wish to return goods let us know through our contact us page within 3 days of the delivery date. Please include your phone number, and a copy of the invoice with your return to insure proper credit in a timely manner. 
  • All returns must be authorized by ShopMUB online in advance, our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number. The return number will be provided to you after you contact us through the contact us page.
  • The items are delicate, be sure to pack them properly so they do not get damaged on the way to back to our warehouse, to insure a full refund.
  • Items that have been washed or altered after purchase cannot be returned, or refunded. You are responsible for inspecting the garments before performing any alterations or embellishments.
  • All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.
Defective Items
  • You must use the contact us page within the first 48 hours of receiving the item if an item is damaged upon its arrival to your address.
  • All returns must be authorized by ShopMUB online in advance, our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number. The return number will be provided to you after you contact us through the contact us page.
  • If returning defective merchandise please use a piece of tape to indicate the location of the flaw.
  • The items are delicate, be sure to pack them properly so they do not get damaged on the way to back to our warehouse, to insure a full refund.
  • ShopMUB will cover the freight charges of items that are damaged at arrival. Details of the damages are required in the description.
Customized Items
  • Specially customized orders are not refundable, additional alterations may be requested through our contact us page.
  • All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.
