Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. Placing an order or using this site means that you accept the terms and conditions below. Please also refer to the Privacy Policy about the personal information you provide us.
ShopMUB is not obliged to provide prior notice of amendments to the terms and conditions. In the event of any amendment to these provisions, the amendments shall apply to all orders placed and confirmed after the amendment. For orders confirmed prior to the amendment, they will not be covered.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Two types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Customized pieces which have been made based on your size or based on your specific requirements, cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are also non-returnable items.
To complete your return:
- Let us know through our contact us page within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Please include your phone number, and a copy of the invoice with your return to insure proper credit in a timely manner.
- All returns must be authorized by ShopMUB online in advance, our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number. The return number and the warehouse address will be provided the same day after you contact us through the contact us page.
- Safely repack the items. The items are delicate, be sure to pack them properly so they do not get damaged on the way to back to our warehouse, to insure a full refund (if applicable).
- All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges. Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 10-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
The same return policy applies for items on sale.
If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Return recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- Let us know through our contact us page within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Please include your phone number, and a copy of the gift receipt with your return.
- All returns must be authorized by ShopMUB online in advance, our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number. The return number and the warehouse address will be provided the same day after you contact us through the contact us page.
- Safely repack the items. The items are delicate, be sure to pack them properly so they do not get damaged on the way to back to our warehouse, to insure a full refund (if applicable).
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Unless the gift giver had requested a refund to be to their account.
- All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges. Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 3-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES (only applicable for faulty or incorrect items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use our contact us page within the first 48 hours of receiving the item and let us know it is damaged. We will cover freight charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURNING FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you.
- Send us a message through our contact us page within the first 48 hours of receiving the item if an item is damaged or incorrect upon its arrival to your address. Details of the damages are required in the description.
- All returns must be authorized by ShopMUB online in advance, our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number. The return number will be provided to you after you contact us through the contact us page.
- If returning defective merchandise please use a piece of tape to indicate the location of the flaw.
- The items are delicate, be sure to pack them properly so they do not get damaged on the way to back to our warehouse, to insure a full refund.
- ShopMUB will cover the freight charges of items that are incorrect or faulty at arrival.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
